REFUND POLICY

At Lick&Mix, all our cakes are made fresh to order with the highest quality ingredients to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. As a result, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any orders.

Why Returns Are Not Accepted:

Fresh food products, such as our personalized dog birthday cakes, cannot be resold or restocked once they leave our kitchen. This ensures the quality and safety of our products for every customer.

If You Experience an Issue:

We value your satisfaction and want to ensure your experience with Lick&Mix is positive. If you encounter a problem with your order, please reach out to us at mareli.pelzer@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.

An example of an issue we may assist with include damaged or incorrect items received.

How We Can Help:

While we cannot accept returns, we will assess each situation individually and, where appropriate, may offer:

  • Partial or full refunds
  • A discount code for future orders
  • Remaking your order at no additional cost (if feasible)

Please inspect your package upon delivery and follow our storage instructions to maintain product freshness. We cannot be held responsible for cakes that are left unrefrigerated or improperly stored.
