    • All cakes are made to order.
    • Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including their dog's name and event date, during checkout.
    • We reserve the right to decline orders that lack the necessary details or are placed too late for fulfilment.

  2. Payment and Pricing

    • Full payment is required at the time of ordering.
    • Prices are subject to change without prior notice but will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

  3. Shipping and Delivery

    • Advance Orders (7+ Days): We guarantee delivery at least 1 day before your event.
    • Last-Minute Orders (Less than 7 Days): We will ship using a 48-hour delivery service but cannot guarantee delivery by your event date.
    • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances.

  4. Return and Refund Policy

    • Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted.
    • If there is an issue with your order (e.g. damaged or incorrect item), contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will evaluate each case individually and may offer refunds, discounts, or replacements at our discretion.

  5. Allergy and Consumption Disclaimer

    • All cakes are designed for dog and human consumption.
    • Customers are responsible for reviewing the ingredient list provided on our website and ensuring it is safe for specific dietary needs or allergies.
    • Lick&Mix is not liable for adverse reactions resulting from product consumption.

    • Lick&Mix is not responsible for incorrect delivery due to inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.
    • We are not liable for damages, loss, or delays once the product has been handed to the courier.
