Below, you'll find our shipping and order confirmation guidelines to ensure your pup's special day is perfect.

Order and Shipping Schedule

  • Advance Orders (7+ Days):
    For orders placed 7 or more days in advance, we guarantee delivery at least 1 day before your event date. This allows us time to prepare and ship your cake with care.
  • Last-Minute Orders (Less than 7 Days):
    For orders placed less than 7 days in advance, we will ship your cake using a 48-hour delivery service. While we will do our best to expedite your order, we cannot guarantee on-time delivery due to shipping constraints.

Shipping Methods

We use reliable delivery services to ensure your cake arrives fresh and in excellent condition. We use Royal Mail and Evri and trust that they deliver when they promised. We do not accept responsibility for failure to deliver on their part.
